hh98 Terms and Conditions – Rules That Protect Pakistani Members

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms:

• "Platform" means the hh98.biz website and all associated services, betting interfaces, casino games and account management tools.
• "Member" means any individual who has successfully registered an account on hh98.
• "Account Balance" means the total of deposited funds, credited bonus amounts and settled winnings held in a Member's account at any given time.
• "Real Money Balance" means the portion of the Account Balance that consists of deposited funds and settled winnings, excluding bonus credit.
• "Bonus Credit" means promotional funds credited to a Member's account subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total value of qualifying bets that must be placed before Bonus Credit converts to withdrawable Real Money Balance.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the currency in which all hh98 transactions are conducted.
• "Qualifying Bet" means a bet placed at minimum odds of 1.50 that counts toward a wagering requirement.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification – the process by which hh98 verifies a Member's identity before processing withdrawals.

To use any betting or casino service at hh98, you must register for an account. During registration you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number and a valid email address. hh98 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the information provided at any time.

• Each person may hold only one registered account on hh98. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balance within them.
• You must not register on behalf of another person or allow another person to use your account.
• You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate and kept up to date. hh98 is not liable for losses arising from incorrect registration details.
• hh98 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.

hh98 services are available exclusively to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. hh98 takes underage gambling seriously and conducts age verification as part of the KYC process.

• You must be 18 or over to register, deposit, bet or play any casino game on hh98.
• If hh98 suspects or discovers that a Member is under 18, the account will be immediately suspended, all pending bets voided and any deposits returned to the original payment method. No winnings will be paid out.
• Parents and guardians are responsible for preventing minors from accessing the hh98 platform. If you believe a minor has accessed hh98 using your payment details, contact support immediately at support@hh98.biz.
• hh98 may request identity documents (CNIC, passport or driving licence) to confirm age at any stage of the account lifecycle.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hh98 account login credentials. This includes your username, password and any two-factor authentication details. hh98 will never ask for your password via email, live chat or any other channel.

• Use a strong, unique password for your hh98 account. Do not reuse passwords from other websites or services.
• Do not share your login credentials with any third party, including family members. Any activity conducted under your account credentials is your responsibility.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact hh98 support immediately to suspend the account pending investigation.
• hh98 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the Member failed to keep their credentials secure.
• All withdrawals are processed to the verified payment method registered on the account. This protects Members against fraudulent withdrawal attempts from compromised accounts.

All financial transactions on hh98 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). hh98 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard.

• Deposits credit to your account within seconds for mobile wallet methods and within one working day for bank transfers.
• Minimum deposit: Rs 200. Maximum single deposit: subject to the limits published in the Deposit and Withdrawal section of the hh98 platform.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for the most recent deposit by default. hh98 may request an alternative verified method at its discretion.
• Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash complete within an average of four minutes. Bank transfers may take one to three working days.
• hh98 charges no transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any fees imposed by your payment provider are outside hh98's control.
• Before your first withdrawal, you must complete KYC verification by submitting a copy of your CNIC or passport. This is a one-time process.
• hh98 reserves the right to hold a withdrawal pending verification checks. The standard review period is 24 to 48 hours. Members will be informed if their withdrawal is under review.
• Withdrawals of bonus winnings are subject to the wagering requirements of the applicable promotion having been fully met. Withdrawals of deposited funds are not restricted by wagering requirements.

hh98 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing Members. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms displayed on the Promotions page of the platform. The following general bonus rules apply to all hh98 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are credited in PKR as Bonus Credit to your hh98 account balance.
• The Welcome Deposit Bonus (100% match up to Rs 20,000) carries a 10x wagering requirement on the bonus amount. Qualifying bets must be placed at minimum odds of 1.50.
• The Daily Casino Cashback (10% of net daily losses, up to Rs 15,000) carries zero wagering requirement and is credited as Real Money Balance.
• The Weekend Reload Bonus (50% match up to Rs 10,000) carries an 8x wagering requirement.
• Free spins winnings carry a 5x wagering requirement.
• Bonus Credit and its associated wagering requirement expire 30 days after the bonus is credited unless a shorter period is stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Once the wagering requirement is met, the qualifying amount converts to Real Money Balance and becomes withdrawable.
• If a Member withdraws their real money deposit before completing the wagering requirement, the associated Bonus Credit and any pending wagering progress will be forfeited.
• hh98 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel or modify any promotion at any time with notice provided through the platform or email where possible.
• hh98 may void bonus winnings and suspend accounts where it suspects bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, exploiting arbitrage strategies using bonus funds, or colluding with other players to systematically clear wagering requirements.

The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on hh98, including cricket, football, tennis, kabaddi and all other sports offered on the platform.

• Bets are accepted in PKR and settled at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the system. Displayed odds may change until the bet is confirmed.
• hh98 reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet at its discretion without providing a reason.
• Bets placed after an event has started are valid only if accepted by the hh98 in-play betting system at the displayed in-play odds.
• In the event of an abandoned or postponed match, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless the event is rescheduled and played within 24 hours of the original start time, in which case the original bet remains valid.
• For cricket: if a match is reduced due to weather (Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method applied), results will be settled on the official DLS result where a result is achieved. If no result is achieved due to rain abandonment, bets will be voided.
• Accumulator bets: if one or more legs are void, the accumulator is recalculated excluding the void leg(s) at the remaining odds.
• hh98 may cancel or void bets if it is determined that prices were offered in error, including manifestly incorrect odds, or where the outcome of the event was known at the time the bet was placed.
• Maximum payout per single sports bet: Rs 5,000,000 (Rs 50 lakh). Bets exceeding this limit require prior approval from the hh98 trading team.

The following rules apply to all casino products on hh98 including slots, live dealer tables, crash games and instant games.

• All casino games use certified random number generators (RNG) or real-time live dealer equipment. Game outcomes are not influenced by hh98 in any way.
• The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is provided by the game developer and displayed in the game information panel. hh98 does not modify game RTP.
• Live dealer games are streamed in real time. Technical interruptions (internet connection failure on the Member's side, power cuts) do not entitle the Member to a refund of bets placed prior to the disruption.
• If a technical fault interrupts a casino game before its natural conclusion and the game state cannot be recovered, hh98 will resolve the bet in the fairest manner possible, which may include voiding the round and returning the stake.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are displayed within the game interface. These limits may vary between games and between bonus and real money play modes.
• Certain games may be excluded from wagering requirement contributions for bonus clearing purposes. A list of excluded games is published in the hh98 Promotions section.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on hh98. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balance and may be referred to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on hh98 to claim bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
• Using fraudulent payment methods, stolen card or wallet details, or funds derived from illegal activity.
• Attempting to launder money through deposits and withdrawals on hh98.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors in game systems for financial gain. Any winnings derived from known errors must be reported to hh98 and will be voided.
• Using automated scripts, bots or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or play casino games.
• Colluding with other players in live casino or poker games.
• Sharing bonus strategies designed to systematically exploit wagering requirements in a manner that violates the spirit of hh98's promotional terms.
• Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting any information to hh98 or its verification partners.
• Reverse engineering, scraping or extracting data from the hh98 platform without written consent.

hh98 may suspend or permanently close a Member's account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any clause within these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Discovery that the Member is under 18 years of age.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or match-fixing involvement.
• Account self-exclusion requested by the Member through the Responsible Gaming tools.
• Legal obligation arising from regulatory requirements applicable to hh98's operations.

Where an account is suspended due to a suspected breach, hh98 will conduct an investigation and notify the Member of its findings within a reasonable period. If the suspension is upheld, the real money balance (net of any bonus amounts subject to dispute) will be returned to the Member's registered payment method after the investigation concludes, unless prohibited by law or regulation.

Members may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting hh98 support. Any real money balance at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to the verified payment method on file within seven working days.

hh98 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Pakistani members. The platform provides tools to help Members maintain control over their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on deposits through your account settings.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure reminders to alert you when a session reaches a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from hh98. Self-exclusion periods cannot be shortened once set. Contact support@hh98.biz to request self-exclusion.
• Reality Checks: The platform will display session duration information at set intervals to help you track your gaming time.

hh98 recommends that all Members set a gambling budget and stick to it. Gambling should be treated as entertainment and not as a source of income. If you feel your gambling is becoming a problem, use the self-exclusion tools available on hh98 and seek assistance from professional support services.

hh98 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published separately at /privacy-policy. By registering on hh98, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

• hh98 uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and hh98 servers.
• Personal data is not sold to third parties. Data is shared with payment processors, identity verification providers and regulatory bodies only as required for operational and legal compliance purposes.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by hh98, subject to legal retention requirements. Contact support@hh98.biz to make a data request.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hh98 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity or goodwill arising from your use of the platform.
• Losses resulting from interruptions, delays or errors in the platform caused by events outside hh98's reasonable control, including power outages, internet service failures, force majeure events or third-party system outages.
• Losses caused by unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any reliance placed on information, data or content displayed on the hh98 platform including live score data, odds displays or statistical information, which is provided for entertainment purposes only.

Nothing in these Terms limits hh98's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by hh98's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

hh98 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, hh98 will notify registered Members via email and/or a notification displayed on the platform. The updated Terms will take effect fourteen (14) days after notification unless an earlier effective date is required by law or regulation.

If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using hh98 and contact support to close your account before the new Terms take effect. Continued use of hh98 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between a Member and hh98 that cannot be resolved through the normal support process, the parties agree to seek resolution through the following escalation path:

• Step 1: Contact hh98 customer support at support@hh98.biz with a written description of your complaint and the resolution you are seeking. hh98 will respond within five working days.
• Step 2: If the complaint is not resolved at Step 1, request escalation to the hh98 complaints team. A formal response will be provided within 14 working days.
• Step 3: If resolution is still not reached, the dispute may be referred to a mutually agreed independent adjudication service.

hh98's decisions regarding bet settlement, account closure and fraud investigations are final and not subject to further internal appeal once the complaints process has been completed.
