Usernames cannot be changed after registration – choose carefully when you first register. Your registered email address can be updated by contacting support@hh98.biz with proof of identity (CNIC). To permanently close your hh98 account, email support@hh98.biz with "Account Closure" in the subject line. Withdraw any remaining balance before requesting closure. The team will process your request within 24 hours after verifying your identity. hh98 does not charge withdrawal fees. The amount you request is the amount sent to your wallet or bank account. As with deposits, some banks may apply inter-bank fees for IBFT transfers – this is handled by your bank, not hh98.
